Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Branded Voice collects, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what the product needs to work, we don’t sell your data, and your writing stays yours.

What we collect

• Account data — your name and email address, used for sign-in links and service emails.
• Your content — writing samples, uploaded material, and the content the Service generates for you. This is the product working, not analytics.
• Usage basics — logs necessary to operate and secure the Service.
• Waitlist — if you join the waitlist we store the email and name you give us, and use them only to contact you about access.

How your content is processed

Generating copy requires sending your inputs (your voice profile, briefs, and uploaded material) to AI model providers for processing on our behalf. We use commercial API services whose terms prohibit training on API data. Emails we send you are delivered through a commercial email provider. Hosting is on infrastructure we operate.

What we don’t do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data or your content.
• We do not use your content to build products for other customers.
• We do not show your testimonial publicly unless you submitted it for that purpose and we approved it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage for in-app conveniences (like resuming an interrupted workflow). No third-party advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your content and personal data from the live system within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll announce it in the product before the change takes effect.
