Video embeds: way beyond YouTube
The video button (and the bridge page's hero video) now builds a real player from a lot more than YouTube and Vimeo: Wistia, Loom, Rumble, Dailymotion, and Bunny Stream links all embed properly — paste the normal share URL, we do the rest.
Direct video files work too: any URL ending in .mp4, .webm, .mov and friends — your own hosting, S3, a CDN — plays in a clean native player right on your published page. Your video, your host, no platform required.
And if you paste something we can't embed, the page shows an honest "Watch the video" link instead of a broken grey box. Nothing you paste can break your page.

Scan can watch YouTube videos now
Paste a YouTube link into any Scan field — the same place you'd paste a sales page — and it reads the video's transcript: what's actually said, claimed, and promised, not just the title and description. Product name, summary, and key selling points land in your brief exactly like a page scan.
This closes a real gap for affiliates: plenty of offers are a video and a buy button — VSL pages, demo walkthroughs, webinar replays — with barely any text to scan. Now those promote as easily as a long-form sales page. Works with regular videos, share links, and Shorts.
Honest edges: the video needs captions (nearly all do — YouTube auto-generates them), and if a fetch fails the scan panel tells you the fallback: copy the transcript from YouTube's own "Show transcript" button and paste it in. Nothing invented either way — the brief only gets what the video actually says.

The Guide Builder: step-by-step how-tos, with pictures
New generator: the GUIDE BUILDER. Tell it what the guide teaches and who it's for, and it writes a complete step-by-step how-to in your voice — numbered steps written as commands you can follow, a what-you'll-need list, a troubleshooting section, and a closing next-step. Paste in your source material (docs, notes, the product's own instructions) and every button name and setting comes from it — the guide never invents UI.
It also hands you a shot list: at the steps where a reader could get lost, the guide marks exactly which screenshot to add — what's on screen, what to highlight. Half the work of a good how-to is knowing which pictures to take; now that's done for you.
And the pictures go IN now: paste a screenshot straight into the Library editor (or drag it in) and it uploads and drops inline right where your cursor is. There's an insert-image button for images you have hosted somewhere, and an insert-video button that turns a YouTube or Vimeo link into a real player on your published page. Works in every piece, not just guides — add product shots to a bridge page, a demo video to a review.

Refine any piece, right in the Library
The Refine box from the Generate screen now lives under the Library editor too. Open any saved piece — yesterday's email, last month's bridge page — type what you want changed ("shorten the intro", "warmer close, add a P.S."), hit Apply, and it rewrites in your voice.
Nothing saves until you say so: the rewrite lands in the editor as an unsaved draft, so you read it first. Save keeps it (and Version history keeps the before, restorable anytime); don't like it, undo or just don't save.
This closes the loop on old content: generate, publish, come back next week with fresh eyes, refine, republish — same page, same link, sharper copy.

Your stats now name the sites that send you traffic
New in the page stats panel: REFERRED BY — the actual site each visitor came from, read automatically from the visit itself. facebook.com, google.com, a forum, someone's blog: if it sent you traffic, it's named, with counts. No tagging, no setup, nothing to remember — it starts counting for every published page immediately, including pages you published weeks ago.
Your tagged links still matter, and now the two work together: Referred by tells you which SITE works ("Facebook sends me visitors"), your ?src= tags tell you which PLACEMENT works ("it's the Tuesday group post, not the profile posts"). Site-level truth for free, placement-level precision when you tag.
And a home big enough for all of it: the stats panel under the publish bar now stays a one-glance summary, and a new TRAFFIC REPORT button opens the full picture — every referring site, every tagged source, your day-by-day week, funnel arrivals, and the tagged-link maker, each with room to breathe as your traffic grows.

Pages that share beautifully, and you'll know the moment they're live
Your published pages now carry full share and SEO meta: page title, a real description pulled from your copy, and your hero image as the share card. Paste your page link in Facebook, X, or a group chat and it unfurls as a proper preview instead of a naked text link. Search engines get the same description. Already-published pages pick this up the next time you hit Republish — one click, done.
Publishing on our hosting is near-instant — so fast that it was easy to wonder whether anything actually happened. Now a green confirmation pops up the moment your page goes live, with a View it button that opens the page in a new tab. Republish an existing page and it says so, too.
The Page looks guide in the Academy now shows real pictures: the same page rendered in all four designs side by side, and one design recolored through all five palettes. See what the knobs do before you pick.
Library collections grew up: the Collection control now offers "New collection…", so you can name a folder and group any pieces into it — campaigns, client work, tests, whatever fits your head. Before, folders only came from playbook runs; now they're yours to create.
Your page stats now count RESULTS, not just attention: squeeze pages report opt-ins and every other page reports call-to-action clicks, each with an honest conversion rate over visitors. Counted as distinct people (a double-click or refresh doesn't inflate anything), no pixels, same privacy stance as the rest of your stats. One Republish adds it to pages published before today.
And the capstone: FUNNEL VIEW. Any collection with two or more published pages gets a small chart icon on its folder in the Library — click it and see the whole funnel as one story: each step's traffic and goal events, how many visitors each page handed to the next, and the end-to-end rate from first visit to final conversion. Your funnel's health in one glance instead of four tabs.

The Academy: your training library opens
New in the sidebar: the Academy — a training library for the concepts behind the tools, not just the buttons. It opens with three guides: Paid traffic tracking (click IDs, parameters, and postbacks explained from zero, with setup recipes), Page looks (designs, palettes, and niche presets, and how to make a funnel read as one brand), and Page stats and source tagging.
It grows from here: short how-to videos are coming with the next batch of recordings, and future live webinars will leave their replays in the Academy. Some drops will land unannounced — worth checking in on.
The old hour-long walkthrough video has been retired for an honest reason: it predates the last month of features (new designs, generators, tracking, and more), and we would rather re-record it than show you an outdated product. The refreshed walkthrough arrives with the video batch; the old link now brings you to the Academy.

Direct-response blocks: the classic sales-page toolkit
Two new hero layouts for sales pages, picked in the publish bar: Vault puts your benefit checklist right in the hero beside your product image, with a buy button AND a softer "explore" button; Centered is the luxury look — serif headline, buy button, product shot below. Classic stays the default; nothing changes unless you switch.
Announcement bar: one field, and a highlight strip pins to the very top of your page ("LAUNCH SPECIAL · INSTANT ACCESS"). Spec strip: list your product's facts as Label: Value pairs and they render as clean columns under the hero ("Training: 20 Lessons · Access: Instant Download"). Trust line: short reassurance facts under the buy button ("Instant access · 30-day guarantee").
The new hero layouts highlight the money phrase in your headline automatically — a marker highlight on light designs, the hot gradient on Ignition.
Squeeze pages get an optional progress bar ("Step 1 of 2 · 50% complete") above the opt-in — the visitor feels mid-flow, and finishing feels natural. One checkbox in the publish bar.
Everything composes with all four designs and five color patterns, and Preview shows exactly what publishes. Built from a study of what's converting on direct-response pages right now.

Run paid traffic? Your pages now speak tracker
Click-ID passthrough, everywhere: when a visitor lands on any of your published pages with tracking parameters on the link (clickid, subid, s1, and friends from your tracker or traffic network), the page now carries them onto every outgoing button automatically. Your click identity survives the hop from ad to lander to offer, so your network's conversion tracking keeps working. Nothing to configure; republish and it's on.
Conversion postbacks on squeeze pages: paste your traffic network's postback URL in the publish bar, using macros like {clickid} or {subid} for whatever parameters your network names. When someone opts in on your page, we fire the postback from our servers with the visitor's actual click ID filled in. Your network registers the conversion even though the opt-in happened on our hosting.
Works with the setups affiliates actually run: BeMob, Voluum, or any tracker in front of AdsTerra-style traffic sources, and networks called directly without a tracker. If your network can express its postback as a URL with parameters, it works.
Built the safe way: the postback is a structured field, validated at publish, and fires server-side. No pasting raw scripts into pages, ever.

Niche presets: brand a whole page set in one click
Researching a niche for your next bundle? The publish bar now has a Niche picker: choose Health & Wellness, Make Money Online, Personal Finance, Coaching & Consulting, Self-Improvement, or Relationships, and it sets a matching design, color pattern, and a professional stock hero image in one click.
Use the same preset on every page in a funnel (squeeze, bridge, sales page) and the whole set reads like one niche brand. Everything stays changeable after: the preset is a starting point, and your own uploaded hero image always wins over the stock one.
The stock images are exclusive to Branded Voice (made in-house, licensed for your published pages), and they automatically tone themselves to whichever color pattern you're on.
This came straight from a reviewer question. Keep them coming: if your niche is missing, tell us in support and it goes on the list for the next batch.
August 4, 2026
New design drop: Ignition, the big-launch look
A fourth page design lands in the publish bar: Ignition. Black ground, a ray-burst backdrop, a huge condensed headline with the money phrase in a hot gradient, and a glowing call-to-action. It's the classic internet-marketing launch page look, and now your squeeze pages and bridge pages can wear it.
It composes with all five color patterns: Heritage runs inferno orange, Midnight goes electric blue, Ocean turns emerald, Plum goes neon violet, and Graphite burns ember red. Pick the design, tap a palette chip, and Preview shows exactly what publishes.
The conversion fundamentals stay put under the noise: your proof line sits right under the headline, one bright call-to-action, and your autoresponder form drops in restyled to match. Already-published pages pick it up when you republish.
Design drops are a thing now: the design catalog is built to grow, and more looks are coming. If there's a style your niche publishes every day, tell us in support.

New playbook: Promote a platform you're part of
If you promote a rev-share site, a membership, a traffic platform — any program where the promotion never really ends — this playbook is your whole campaign in one guided chain: an honest review, a hosted bridge page you can publish, a follow-up email series on your sending cadence, posts for your groups, and subject lines mined from the real emails.
Your referral link and your real results thread through every step automatically. Write the review once, and everything downstream already knows the platform, your link, and your angle.
It pairs with the new Vendor materials box: paste the platform's own promo pack into the review step and the whole chain draws on it — while still sounding like you, not like their swipe file.
Built for honest promotion: the playbook leans on your actual experience and numbers, not income promises. That's better copy AND safer copy.

Affiliate promos that know the whole offer, not just the page
The Affiliate Promo and Product Review generators gained a "Vendor materials" box: paste or upload whatever the vendor handed you — email swipes, a PDF guide, feature sheets, launch details — right alongside the page scan.
Why it matters: the page scan sees what's public, but vendors give affiliates the good stuff privately. Drop it in and your promo emails and reviews draw on real specifics (actual features, real launch mechanics, genuine bonuses) while still sounding like you — not like the same swipe every other affiliate is mailing.
Works with files too: upload a PDF and the text comes along for the ride.

You asked, we built it: reply to posts and emails in your voice
A member asked for this one, and it was too good to wait. New: the Social Reply generator — paste someone's post, say what you want to land (agree and add your experience, push back, answer their question), pick the platform and your goal, and get 2-3 thread-native reply options in your voice. No hashtag spam, no generic 'Great post!' — replies that reference what they actually said.
New: the Email Reply generator. Paste an email you received — from a customer, a prospect, a partner, or cold outreach — say what you want the reply to do (answer and book the call, decline kindly, fix it and keep them happy), and get the reply written in your voice, with a Re: subject and an alternate opener to swap in. Your email signature lands automatically.
Both are built for the everyday: not campaigns, just sounding like yourself in every thread and every inbox, several times a day.
They connect onward too: a social reply that landed offers to become a standalone post, and an answered email offers to become an automated follow-up sequence.
August 1, 2026
The Follow-Up Sequence generator — autoresponders from scratch
New: the Follow-Up Sequence generator. Need autoresponders for a platform, a welcome series for new signups, or a string of follow-ups for an offer? Tell it what it's promoting, pick the purpose — welcome, nurture, promote, or re-engage — and how many emails you want (3, 5, 10, your call), and it writes the whole sequence in your voice. No launch framing, no source content required.
Each purpose writes differently: welcome sequences set expectations and land a quick win, nurture emails teach one idea each, promo sequences hit a different honest angle per email, and re-engage sequences check in warmly without guilt-tripping.
The emails know their position — openers open, middles carry one idea each, the closer lands the ask — and they reference your actual sending cadence (daily, every few days, weekly) so nothing reads out of order.
It connects to your flow: a finished sequence offers subject-line variations mined from the real emails, and social posts built from the sequence's strongest hooks. Your email signature lands on every message automatically if you've set one in Settings.
Also this week: your copywriter's pattern library grew — new deliverability, compliance, and campaign-diagnosis patterns landed via Shared updates, so every account that generates email is drawing on them already.
Fixed: "next step" buttons now bring your work along properly. The FAQ set's "Turn the top objection into an email" arrives with the full FAQ and a ready topic (it used to arrive blank), and a dozen other next-step paths now pre-fill what they already know — your video's topic flows into its announcement email, your avatar's offer flows into the sales page, and more. Single Email also gained an optional "what this draws from" box so carried material is visible and editable.

Video Titles & Description — with real search data
New: the Video Script generator. Pick your format — a 30-60 second Short, TikTok, or Reel, or a 3, 5, or 10-minute YouTube video — and get the actual words to say on camera, in your voice. Short-form scripts come as two hook-first variants with beat-by-beat timing and production directions (text overlays, b-roll cues); YouTube scripts get a cold open, timestamped sections, open loops that hold attention, and CTA placement.
Feed it a blog post or guide and the script is mined from your real material. Any blog post in your Library now offers "Turn a post into a video script," and a finished script flows straight into titles, description, and tags.
New: the Video Titles & Description generator. Give it your video's topic (and optionally the script), pick the platform — YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, or Facebook — and get six title options across different angles, a full description in your voice, a tag list, and hashtags.
The tags are real, not guesses: at generation time it pulls live YouTube search phrases (what people are actually typing into YouTube right now) and builds your tags and hashtags from that data. Every pack ends with a data note telling you exactly which it used.
Platform-aware output: YouTube videos get a chapters scaffold and a fuller description; Shorts, TikTok, and Reels get hashtag-forward, tighter metadata.
It connects to your flow: any blog post offers "Turn a post into a video," and a finished metadata pack offers social posts and a list email that match the video's hook.

Your pages, redesigned: modern looks, motion, and images
Every published page got a design overhaul — bigger, bolder type, layered backgrounds, and subtle motion (sections fade in as visitors scroll, stats count up, cards lift on hover). Your pages now look like they were designed this year.
New: page designs. Pick Dark (dramatic, glowing hero), Light (clean and modern), or Editorial (magazine-style article) for each page — visual thumbnail cards in the publish bar show you each look before you pick. Advertorials default to Editorial, where they read like real articles.
New: live preview. A Preview button in the publish bar shows your actual page in the design and colors you've selected, and updates as you flip through them — see exactly what visitors will see before you publish.
New: add your own image. Upload a product shot or ecover to the publish bar and it appears in your page's hero, automatically framed and color-matched to your palette. No image? Your page still looks complete — the built-in product visual renders instead.
New on sales pages: an optional countdown. Set a deadline and the page shows a live ticking countdown strip until it passes — real urgency for launches and limited offers.
Sales pages got smarter sections: your bullets become checklist cards, FAQs become tap-to-open accordions, and honest stat tiles (your bonus count, price, and guarantee) appear automatically when your copy carries them.
Color patterns are now visual swatches instead of a dropdown — tap the chips to switch palettes.
All of this applies when you publish or republish. Pages you've already published stay exactly as they are until you republish them with a new look.
July 31, 2026
Your profile: signature, avatar, and bio
New: a real Settings page (the sidebar link now goes somewhere useful). Set your display name, avatar, social links, email signature, and bio in one place.
Email signature: set it once and generated emails carry it automatically. Single emails get it appended exactly as you wrote it; email sequences include it at the end of every email.
Author box: published article pages (reviews, posts, bonus stacks) now end with your avatar, name, short bio, and links. Real bylines build real trust.
Bio writer: two clicks and your copywriter drafts your short and long bio in your own voice. Edit to taste, save, done.
No avatar? Your free Gravatar (from gravatar.com, matched to your account email) is used automatically.
Billing page now shows your writing-allowance meter, so you can check where you stand right where you'd look for it.
Press releases now use your profile automatically: media contact prefills from your name and email, the founder quote carries your name, and the About section draws on your saved bio.
New: a How-this-works button on every major screen (Dashboard, Train, Generate, Library, Settings, Billing). One tap opens a plain-language guide to that screen, with a shortcut to the support assistant if you're still stuck. The guides update automatically with every feature we ship.
A round of polish from our usability review: an empty Library now points you to Generate, version history has a jump button, support-chat answers render cleanly, bigger tap targets on phones, clearer publish wording, and a heads-up before redoing your voice interview.
July 30, 2026
The Press Release generator
New (Premium): Press Release generator. A real announcement in newsroom style — factual headline, dateline, one founder quote in YOUR voice, About boilerplate, media contact — published to a live hosted URL in one click, like every other page type.
Built for launches, milestones, partnerships, and awards. The hosted page gives you the SEO backlink; the quiet learn-more link at the end points wherever you choose — including one of your own published pages.
It slots into your flow: a finished sales page now offers "Announce it with a press release", and a finished release offers social posts and a list email that carry the news.
July 29, 2026
Pages that link to each other, and a Library that keeps building
New: point your buttons at your own pages. Publishing a bridge page and want the button to go to the sales page or review you already published? A new picker in the Library lists your published pages (your collection's pages first) and fills in the live link for you. No more hunting for URLs.
New: Build with this piece. Open anything in your Library and branch straight into the next piece: a bridge page becomes a sales page, a review becomes emails, without starting over. The new piece already knows your offer and the content it came from.
New: Collections. Move any piece into a campaign's folder (or out of one), and pieces you branch inherit their source's collection automatically, so a whole campaign stays together.
Published pieces got the designer treatment: reviews, bonus stacks, emails, and articles now publish as properly designed pages: hero band, styled sections, your choice of color pattern, optional call-to-action button. Bonus stacks render each bonus as its own card.
Subject line writer now reads the actual emails. Generate emails, then subject lines, and it works from what the emails really say instead of guessing from the topic.
Start a playbook on your desktop, continue on your phone. Progress now carries across devices.
July 28, 2026
See your pages working
New: live page stats. Every published page now shows views, unique visitors, and a 7-day trend right under the publish bar, with no cookies and no creepy tracking scripts.
See where visitors come from: tag your links per traffic source (your emails, a Facebook post, a bio link) with the built-in copy-a-tagged-link helper, and the stats panel breaks down which source actually sends people.
Funnel view: when one of your pages sends visitors to another (bridge page to sales page), the stats show it, so you can see the path working.
Pasted autoresponder form code now gets restyled to match your squeeze page's design instead of rendering as raw, mismatched fields.
July 27, 2026
Advertorials, and pages that look the part
New: Advertorial generator, the native-ad article format (“5 Reasons Why…”) that warms up cold traffic: news-style headline, numbered sections, checkmark bullets, honest disclosure, and exactly one call-to-action at the end. Publishes to a live URL like the rest of the page family.
Your published pages now have a proper front door: visit onlinebizfunnel.com and there's a showcase of what members build here, instead of a blank page.
Formatting polish across every published page type: section dividers render as clean rules instead of stray characters.
July 26, 2026
The Low-Ticket Bundle Creator
New: Low-Ticket Bundle Creator, a 12-step guided playbook that walks you from “what niche?” to a complete, sellable low-ticket product funnel: the bundle itself, an order bump, sales page, squeeze page, email sequence, sell sheet, rights document, funnel map, and image prompts. Every step written in your voice.
New: real niche research built in. A “See what's trending” button suggests hot niches with saturation ratings (green/amber/red), and the research step pulls live market data before you commit to a direction.
The Bonus Package Builder now takes a count. Want 3 strong bonuses instead of 10? Say so, and it builds exactly that many.
The Library grew folders: every playbook run now files its pieces into its own labeled folder, groups collapse out of the way, and rows are easier to scan.
Published pages got a design system: sales, squeeze, and bridge pages ship with a polished shared look: real typographic hierarchy, disciplined color, and a sticky order bar on sales pages. Bridge pages can publish in two styles: the landing look or an editorial article for cold traffic.
July 21, 2026
Community Posts: write for the room, not the feed
New: Community Posts generator. Posts for the community you run or belong to (Skool, Circle, Facebook Groups, Discord). Title plus body, in your voice.
Built around the interaction you want: spark discussion, collect member wins, run a comment poll, teach something, make an announcement, kick off a challenge, or welcome new members. Each post ends with the right ask.
Community-native by design: no hashtags, no ad-speak. It writes like you're talking with your members, because you are.
July 18, 2026
Edit your copy visually
New: the Library editor is now a real visual editor. Headings, bold, and lists render as you'll ship them, with a toolbar for formatting. No more markdown symbols in your face.
Your text stays exactly what it was: opening a piece never changes it, and everything downstream (publishing, version history, Copy for blog) works the same.
Prefer the old plain-text view? The Raw text toggle in the editor's corner is one click.
July 17, 2026
Build every bonus, insert your links, hashtags included
New: Build a Bonus. Your Bonus Package Builder result now shows a Build button for every bonus idea. One click turns an idea into the complete, ready-to-deliver document, and the result keeps offering the rest of the package so you can walk it bonus by bonus.
Bonus ideas are now always buildable: every suggestion is a document you can actually generate here (checklists, swipe files, templates, mini-guides). No more spreadsheet-with-formulas ideas you'd have to make elsewhere.
New: My links. Save your affiliate links and products (label + URL) on the Train page, then insert them into any generator's link field with one click. The Monetization Scan's product list takes them too, so you can shop which offers to drop in.
Label a saved link “Branded Voice” and your dashboard adds a Promote card with your personal share links, ready to copy.
Social posts now end with relevant hashtags sized to each platform, and blog posts close with an SEO tags line: real tags drawn from your topic, never filler.
When your copywriter needs a detail before it writes, you now see just the question, not its thinking-out-loud.
July 15, 2026
Upgrades, top-ups, and smoother arrivals
New: Upgrade page. See every plan side by side and move up in place. Your voice profile, knowledge base, and library all carry over. Nothing resets.
Locked generators now point the way: tap one and you'll get a clear path to the plan that unlocks it, right from the Generate page.
Billing shows an Upgrade plan link, and pay-as-you-go accounts get a one-click Top up credits button plus a live credits-remaining readout.
Clearer post-purchase pages: top-ups and upgrades now get their own confirmation instead of the new-member welcome.
Every upgrade and top-up applies to your account automatically within a couple of minutes of payment.
July 12, 2026
The full walkthrough video
New: Walkthrough in the sidebar. An hour-long guided tour of the whole product: training your voice, generating real pieces, playbooks, publishing, and more. Watch it inside your workspace.
Generator output got a polish pass: cleaner, more finished copy with less thinking-out-loud.
Blog posts render pasted formatting (dividers, italics, headings) more faithfully.
July 10, 2026
Bridge pages, marketing audits, and a sturdier platform
New: Bridge Page Builder, a real pre-sell landing page (hero, video or image above the fold, checkmark benefits, bonus card, your affiliate link on every button), published to a live URL in one click.
New: Marketing Audit. Paste your page, get a conversion consultant's honest read: each leak, why it costs you, and the fix with rewritten lines.
The newsletter is live. Members are on the list and product updates land in your inbox.
Under the hood: your library, revisions, and account data moved to a proper database: faster, safer, and backed up.
Published article pages now render links properly.
July 9, 2026
The blog is live
New public blog at mybrandedvoice.com/blog. Practical writing on voice, email, offers, and honest selling.
Fittingly, the posts are written with Branded Voice itself.
Share a testimonial now has its own spot in the sidebar.
The teaser video is live on the landing page, narrated by the founder, in his own trained voice, naturally.
A one-time upload certification: confirm you own or have permission for what you upload (terms updated to match).
New members get a Getting Started checklist on the Dashboard. It checks itself off as you set up.
Planned membership levels (Starter / Pro / Premium) are now on the public pricing section. Alpha members keep full access.
Smarter Keep Building suggestions: pieces you've already made this session no longer show up as next steps.
July 8, 2026
Strategy tools, guided outcomes, and a helper that knows the product
In-app support chat: the bubble in the corner answers questions about the platform, instantly.
New: Customer Avatar. Profile your buyer, then save them as your audience so every generator writes to that person.
New: Offer Optimizer, an honest audit of your offer with rewritten lines you can lift.
New: FAQ Builder. Feed it your sales page, get the questions real prospects ask (with honest answers).
