Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Branded Voice (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Branded Voice is an AI-assisted writing tool that learns your writing style and generates marketing content from your inputs and a library of marketing patterns. The Service is currently in private early access: features change frequently, and access is by invitation.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address; sign-in links are sent there.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Your content

• You own the content you upload and the content the Service generates for you. We claim no ownership of either.
• You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service: storing your content, processing it through AI models to produce your outputs, and displaying it back to you.
• You may only upload material you own or have the right to use. Uploading someone else’s copyrighted work without permission is a violation of these terms.
• Testimonials you submit may be displayed publicly with your name only after you submit them through the testimonial form, which states that use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• produce deceptive marketing — fabricated testimonials, false scarcity, or misleading earnings claims;
• generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others’ rights;
• send spam or violate anti-spam and consumer-protection laws (CAN-SPAM, FTC guidelines, or their equivalents in your jurisdiction);
• probe, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Your responsibility for published content

The Service is a drafting tool. You review, approve, and are solely responsible for everything you publish or send — including legal compliance such as affiliate disclosures, substantiating claims, and honoring any guarantee you offer your customers.

6. Your uploads — warranty and responsibility

Before your first upload, the Service asks you to certify that you own the rights to the content you upload or have permission to use it; we record that certification on your account. By uploading any content you warrant that this is true for that content. You are responsible for — and agree to indemnify Branded Voice and its operator against — claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from content you upload in breach of that warranty. Third-party material you upload is used only to learn patterns and structures for your own outputs; it is not republished by the Service.

7. Content takedown

If you believe material on the Service infringes your rights, contact us through the channels in the Contact section with enough detail to identify the material and your claim. We review takedown requests promptly and remove material we determine to be infringing.

8. Fees

Early access terms, including any pricing, are communicated when you are invited. Pricing for the public product will be posted before you are charged anything.

9. Availability and changes

This is early-access software provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be removed. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product, and continued use after a change is acceptance.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branded Voice and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
